I want to order several of the same product, is this possible?

Are my credit card details safe when using this website?

Absolutely! We use Shopify to process our online transactions using their 100% secure encrypted payment screens. For security, British Fine Foods & Bakery does not store any card details, so you will be asked to enter your them each time you place an order.

I registered but did not receive my verification email, what do I do?

To complete the registration process, we send an automated verification email. This contains a link that you must click or cut and paste into your browser to verify your new free account.

This email should be with you within five minutes of registering. If you have not received your verification email, please check your spam folder in case it has ended up there. If the email is not there, please contact us, our helpful Customer Success team who would be more than happy to manually activate your account.
